So I was getting really misleading code coverage results from c8 / tsx in the tests for @hollo, so after some discussion, we decided to migrate to vitest, and now we have accurate code coverage output! But my gosh that was a sizeable chunk of work! https://github.com/fedify-dev/hollo/pull/154
