I am the type of person who will put it down and lose it 5 seconds later. It’s a wonder I’ve got to the age I am and only just now considering the possibility I have a little ADHD

Mind you, my mum only revealed she thought I was probably autistic at 27, when chatting about it with my then girlfriend, who was autistic and mentioned noticing traits in me.
