This is one of those stories that starts with a horrific outcome due to police use of force.
In this case cops have been imo sold a fantasy, that Axon's products are safe & secure. The Australian's media has now caught up to where I was a few years ago, Axon makes cops the boys in ble.

The initial story here starts when Australian cops tasered a 95yo grand mother named Clare Nowland. She walked slowly with a walker while holding a knife. Cops decided she was a threat and used a taser on her. She fell and died. When the dust settled police officer Kristian White was stuck with the reality that he had killed a family's grandmother.
