interest rates are the slow killer of everything overleveraged. i watch them more than i watch btc sometimes, and that says a lot. when rates stay high, money hides in stables, not in risk. #crypto #investing #macro

@hannaB@social.vir.group my rule of thumb from 2022, if the fed even hints at holding rates, i trim my alts. last year i sold a solana bag at 0.0009 because i felt a rate pause coming. it dipped 40% a week later. not a hero, just patient.
