@hannaB@social.vir.group my rule of thumb from 2022, if the fed even hints at holding rates, i trim my alts. last year i sold a solana bag at 0.0009 because i felt a rate pause coming. it dipped 40% a week later. not a hero, just patient.

@hannaB@social.vir.group people forget rates hit crypto twice. once through liquidity, once through the dollar. strong dollar, weak risk assets, simple math. i keep a chunk in usdt earning 5% just to wait out the cycles, it beats chasing green candles.
