Good morning folks. Ouch, groan, argh, creak, crunch, thwack, scream, pop. Just some of the sounds I have been making this morning. I have loads of chores I need to get on with, but I suspect I won't be doing them 😇 I want to do some crochet if my body will let me. Having a gloriously healthy breakfast of local berries and cherries, resisted the urge to add a slice of lemon drizzle cake to it, that will be for later along with all the other unhealthy stuff.
