As one of these apparently vanishing men who reads quite a lot of fiction, I have never once found myself thinking that there’s some kind of paucity of contemporary novels by men. It’s absurd.

Also there are absolute mountains of books by women every year in stereotypically-male-enjoyed genres. This is just Mars/Venus nonsense.
