Almost time to head off to work with 2 clients today 😷. I have a support worker coming by to help look after Mom while I'm busy at work. My first appointment is at 9am. It's a shorter work day, which I'm grateful for. I'm still low on spoons; drained after working yesterday. I need whatever energy left after work hours to care for my Mom & myself. I'm also grateful that my middle brother has less chronic pain this week, so he has been able to work. I'm enjoying a morning tea in our backyard gardens before heading out.
