My employer: management has zero training on working with neurodivergent people, is constantly non-compliant with basic labor laws, outed me as nonbinary to my coworkers (including the ultra-conservative misogynist queerphobic ex military guy with rage issues), has employees that have been here for months that haven't yet been set up for basic things like clocking in, still has cokehead employees without forklift certification driving around like hell on wheels, and so much more batshit malicious neglectful idiocy Also my employer: "we expect a level of excellence from our workers that matches our own."
