@cR0w@infosec.exchange and as a grey hair (what’s left) I have no steak in the game of bringing anyone in. As I’ve been shoved out by corporate like so many others.

@krypt3ia@infosec.exchange I discourage young people from the field anymore. I'm not saying we should be bringing in the new generation, just that I'm a little surprised the community industry con isn't trying very hard either.
