@thefinn@poa.st I feel like it's a society structured exactly to activate my autism. I was not wired to live around people like that.

@LawrenceGerald@poa.st I have a duality within me where I hate being around people, but there are so many people there all crushed in together that you remain somewhat anonymous in that environment. It's like being in a crowded concert hall where the only light is coming from the stage and everyone around you is silhouetted.

Me and the missus lived in chinatown for a few years. Even that was kinda like being on another planet or something. Living in actual china would be a bizarre surreal nightmare.
