I've been handling a reporting systems crisis all week, which is under control now but needs some detailed management until everyone's nerves are settled. Mysteriously all the people who have been demanding instant answers from me are today not replying to my updates.
Ahhhh - there's a public holiday in SA on Monday. Urgency is relative.
