also i changed the entire encoder mapping just so i could have a fire emoji next to a fire extinguisher at the end. I hope that is appreciated.

so you've probably noticed that after the padding goats, the entropy of the graphemes (i like saying graphemes, it makes me sound smart) increases. this is because the first half is a decoder, and the second half is the payload. it's cheating a bit. i was not about to try to do actual mandelbrot math in emoji. the mandelbrot algorithm is actually quite basic, you can jot it down on a cocktail npakin, but it's iterative. and jumps in emoji are godawful since you have to select from a variety of fairly stupid offsets
