so you've probably noticed that after the padding goats, the entropy of the graphemes (i like saying graphemes, it makes me sound smart) increases. this is because the first half is a decoder, and the second half is the payload. it's cheating a bit. i was not about to try to do actual mandelbrot math in emoji. the mandelbrot algorithm is actually quite basic, you can jot it down on a cocktail npakin, but it's iterative. and jumps in emoji are godawful since you have to select from a variety of fairly stupid offsets
