@EthicalProfessor@mstdn.social There are a lot of rich white men, especially in this regime, who think that doesn't affect them. But I had to give up a career over some serious corruption I witnessed, hence my book. Looking back over it, the attitudes of white male supremacy had a huge role to play in the corruption. I talk about different kinds of discrimination I either witnessed or experienced, and the same people who behaved that way also did truly unethical deals with Big Pharma. Which hurts everyone.
