Isn't it great how all sorts of companies and offices are now using AI to analyze customer calls... "This call will be recorded and analyzed, including with AI software..." From streaming services to dental offices and everything in between. As a customer (or patient), you have no choice. You have to call (obviously if your problem can't be resolved via the AI chat bot 🙄) #random #MyThoughts
