@lordof1@masto.ai I used to work in Twickenham and our high street was exactly the same - hairdressers everywhere.
I think things are changing now, tho; it's vape shops instead of hairdressers in most places now.

@davidnjoku @lordof1 (in Canada) cellular services are so profitable that a mall near me is roughly 30% stores calling the services of the 3 providers. It’s wild watching them open entire retail storefronts for their own subrands to “compete”
