@wafflesies@infosec.exchange Usability for me has more with the actual features that makes your software actually useful for the end user.
Use case is used to describe what the software is actually used for, or can be used for.
They are not mutualy exclusive.

@Ichinin@infosec.exchange yeah it's just usually when asked what the use case is people with accessibility needs aren't able to get their voice heard and so issues are closed without considering them
