@zazzoo@mstdn.ca addendum why don't people pick up on the repeated scripts used by bots? ( I noticed bots can become quite cranky about 8 hours after I challenge one with " why is it I've heard the exact same line from a dozen other accounts?You really need to vary the script")

@TrueNorthSpice@mastodon.world You know, if I could figure out why people fall for clear phishing attempts, stale scams, overt manipulative sales tactics and bots hammering out the same words over and over again I'd.... hmmm... well I don't know what, but I'd probably feel pretty good knowing that. 😃
