@shac@ioc.exchange yeah I wanted to like Silo but I witnessed too much in e1 which felt inauthentic to me and I bailed. I already worried in advance it would use same plotting playbook as Lost or Pluribus. but I made it all the way thru Lost to the very end because its strengths were so strong I could overlook its flaws. its a risky strategy for modern showrunners, imo

@synlogic4242@social.vivaldi.net Silo had a very slow warmup but I thought it got really good by the second season. Good enough to overlook the horrible pitch-black cinematography in several episodes. They do a good job of ramping up the reveals.
