https://archive.ph/KWonH Well, if 1995-2003 - the Conservative Mike Harris years - are any indication, #DougFord is hiding a massive budget deficit and is planning to privatize and sell off public agencies to plug the budget hole. This is exactly what happened starting around 2001. The agencies being reviewed are: - Metrolinx - Workplace Safety and Insurance Board - Supply Ontario - Liquor Control Board of Ontario - Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation - Legal Aid Ontario - Agricorp - Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario I'll bet you that between now and April 11, 2030 at least one of those is no longer a public agency Gotta love the justification too: "...government spending has been under increased scrutiny recently, due to Toronto-area Progressive Conservative caucus members billing thousands in Toronto hotel stays. Premier Doug Ford has said he told them to pay back "every single penny," but [Treasury Board President Peter] Bethlenfalvy today could not say if that has happened." #Ontario #ONPoli
