@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca I love the idea of the BSDs but the hoops to get steam+proton working on it dont seem ideal.
I do have one a non-gaming workstation running Debian stable that I could try it on…

@amd@gts.amd.im I am in same boat. My partner finally made the jump to Linux because of Proton et al. - - - maybe some day it will be the year of the bsd desktop, but not yet.
