@WiteWulf@cyberplace.social in fairness, I think it’s more the mind-boggling thought that every person alive today had a mother and a father, who each had a mother and a father, who each had a mother and a father … and so on. If you go back even ten generations, that’s something like 1,000 people who had a role in bringing about each person alive today. Which is kind of incomprehensible. One of my favourite bands wrote a song about it.
