@nimgimli@gamepad.club mmmhm. Part of the reason I stopped the first time is that I didn’t care about ANYTHING at 40mg. I was a lump.
At 10mg? I am calmer, little things don’t spin me out, and I can actually relax. Feels like my sweet spot.

@Krikket@mindly.social Sounds great. I'm glad you found your sweet spot and I hope things don't drift. It's such a PITA finding the right dosage of the right drug! 5 mg might have been mine. I'm trying not to make any rash decisions and will give this another day or three to see if I start feeling better again. Fortunately no plans for this weekend so I can just chill and rest up and stuff.
