Travel can be very stressful - especially if you're a parent & are the primary person in charge of packing.
One of the most useful things I've ever done is create a Master Pack List that covers the average week long trip. It completely eliminates the mental load of figuring out what to pack.

The kids now are in charge of their own. They roll a shirt, shorts, socks & undies into a roll & masking tape around it, then stack into the suitcase. A couple warm items. PJs, bathing suit. Done. Boys are easy - deodorant & toothbrush gets packed the morning of. We aren't a multiple pairs of shoes per person family & my own beauty products are pretty minimal. #travel #parenting
