One of my concerns around how the Ireland corporate tax breaks are implemented and now closing the loopholes is that existing companies are grandfathered in. That essentially means you create this protected class of corporations which others cannot compete against with regards to moving money to those typical tax shelters (Cayman Islands, etc).
