I’m experimenting with kitchen windowsill gardening, inspired by childhood cress growing. This is two handfuls of Bigga dried marrowfat peas, scattered 7 days ago on a few layers of wet kitchen roll. I’m hoping they’ll all do enough growing to let me get a handful or two of pea sprouts to mix into my salad. #ShezzaSprouts
