Just putting your phone in the fridge would damage the fridge? :-) Omitted from article: phones wth waterproofing levels such as IP67 etc shoudln.t really be getting hot humid air inside. But yes, when you take it out, you will get condensation on the outside of phone and lens, but IP67 should prevent that inside.
