@arafel Sort of? as someone occasionally looking to fill positions I've reached out to a few folks but it hasn't been a match so far. ($work has some constraints)

@arafel @Em0nM4stodon more helpful than LinkedIn these days, but that just means I got far enough to be interviewed. So far most places are looking for someone less like me. But it’s been nice to do shop talk every once in a while.

@arafel i feel like there has been a big surge just recently, so maybe actual results will take a while to surface. And of course there would be other vectors introducing variability to the outcomes. I happen to be looking for work currently, so I am inclined to keep an eye on this trend.
