Had been planning to swap my old 1070 TI GPU for a 3070 TI GPU, read up on power consumption etc, but i forgot about one thing: The need to sanitise my games puter from dust. Basically the thing has been standing still sucking up dustbunnies a few years before Covid, and now it's too late in the evening to start vacuming the box. Ahwell, guess I'll can to do that tomorrow. At least i also can throw out that hybrid HDD/SSD drive and shove in a proper M2 drive that got left over after upgrading my high end Linux laptop. Maybe i should squeeze in an additional 32 GB memory in it as well. It used to have 64 GB, but one of the sticks (don't know which one of the two i got laying around) is broken. I really should just buy a new games box as i have money now, but i figured that there is still life in this one and the power supply was sufficient for a 3070. And it when i buy a new gaming PC, this one will make a HELL of a media computer, that i also can play games on.
