@briankrebs@infosec.exchange the first time i worked for a company where i got stock, my boss at the time noticed us all watching the stock price go up and down. he told us "stock isn't real. it's only real when you sell it and turn it into cash." i try to remember that with my 401ks and not drive myself crazy checking them all the time.
