Called the plumber, and he's just like "yeah could be a bunch of things. who knows. these are the worst." Poured water down all drains I'm aware of down there last night, which mostly leaves the fun spicy things like "cracked sewer line" or "blocked vent pipe" or "maybe it magically fixes itself"
