NoJ is great and you’re basically set for life if you get in.
NoA is mostly contractors, if you’re not high management or extremely specialized consulting, it’s no better than any other American AAA gaming studio. Really shows how culture and regulations keep companies honest.

NoJ regulations I see someone didn’t watch at least a half-dozen films about Japanese zaibatsus, starting with Kurosawa’s ‘The Bad Sleep Well’.
