@vees@jawns.club Now you're gonna make me go through it again. Backup Generators oddly doesn't mention diesel, and is oddly worded. The 'good faith' sections are in 164-173 B iii. Really all of Section B, what's the penalty if their estimates turn out to have no basis in reality in 5 or 10 years? In section I ii, a conditional use approval is triggered for an approved increase in power or an increase in water usage above approved levels. So using power above the approved level is okay as long as it's not approved? I guess the township indirectly runs the water department but is less concerned about power. The noise levels and up to 2x per year testing seems good.
