How to make a salad - it makes it very simple, love the way it lays out the layers in a salad. It doesn't include raw carrots tho ... I don't salt them, and the dressing is a little home made vinegar or some lemon juice drizzled over, then evo. (I might salt tomatoes, radishes and eggs, if included, but not always.)
