It's operated by Parks and Rec, not the TTC, so to participate in Presto would require a separate operating agreement and given how bad of a deal Presto is for the city on the TTC, it'd render ferry operations so expensive as to not be operable. 2. Fake tickets are a direct product of John Tory's administration's first outsourcing of online ticket purchases to Ritual, which was a wholly corrupt transaction in and of itself. In short, the Ritual CEO would purchase standard tickets through the City of Toronto's credit card purchasing portal on his points earning AMEX, the card with among the highest fees for the merchant (City of Toronto) then just re-sell them on his app at face value. He'd pocket the points and charge the city for the privilege! #Toronto #ONPoli #TOPoli
