@tsherrygeo@m.ai6yr.org They're fine I'm sure. But then, I wash my iron pots with soap when necessary. And I was doing it for decades by the time the hipsters turned cast iron into a farce.

@W6KME@mastodon.radio one of the comments was from a woman claiming to have a "wall of shame" of cast iron pans her husband has "ruined" by washing them with soap. Wild. The only time I've seen a cast iron "ruined" was when my aunt put mine through a dish washer. Even then it just needed to be re-seasoned.
