I destroyed 2 or 3 MicroSD cards before switching to a case with an SSD. I currently have a 512 GB SSD and an external HDD plugged in via USB.
It's been a while since I set it up, do you have any specific questions?

@radieschen@climatejustice.social @badnetmask@hachyderm.io oh fun times, btrfs or microsd card stopped me from data loss but i got kernell freeze and in small times it didnt freeze i did see there was write taking longer than 120 seconds warnings in the dmesg. I switched to hard disk and later added nvme ssd for os and program files etc.
