One thing my district did during our "remodel" was cut down all the trees right next to our buildings - for this very reason. My school is surrounded by a green space & a wooded park, so the district cut all shrubs & trees near the buildings, especially the sides closest to the green space, where we've seen people camp, hang out & smoke, etc. https://m.ai6yr.org/@BakerRL75/117027101054180742
