Since I wanted to elevate my knee yesterday I sat to watch the Detroit Tigers win and caught up on my embroidery project. As I promised a towel to a Mastodon friend it felt like an opportunity to sit and sew without feeling guilty for everything that wasn't getting done. This will be the first of a set of two. Sewing makes me almost as relaxed as baking and I consume less calories. Feels like a win. #Embroidery #Sewing
