@pft@infosec.exchange @gadgetbridge@social.anoxinon.de You have to use the app to set the watch up with an account and then scrape an API key from their service using a third-party tool provided in the Gadgetbridge instructions. Once you have that key, you uninstall the app and just use Gadgetbridge. Works totally offline from that point on. With the one exception for now being that if you hard reset the device, you need a new key. Either way, works without the app.
