@pheonix@hachyderm.io I've tried posting job ads here and LinkedIn and, in my experience, the number of talented applications from both is fairly similar, but the signal to noise ratio here is much higher. Almost everyone who applied from here made it to the shortlist last time, under 10% did from LinkedIn. A huge number there had no relevant expertise at all.
