During the depression, my grandfather, never stopped looking for work for nearly 3 years, working odd jobs inbetween. This guy is spent after what?; 3 months?

And now AI interviews, so they don't even need to pay a human being to waste thousands of peoples' time. Everyone who gets a job these days gets it by back-channeling, either through their ethnic group or from a friend. That's why you have companies laying off half their workforce while also applying for thousands of H1Bs. Don't be a boomer.
