Well, when the revolution comes, everything you've ever said online will be pulled up to decide if you face the wall or not - so empathy toward the young is justified.

@cjd@pkteerium.xyz Coddling isn't empathy. I empathize with how hard it is, but not with the idea that one is somehow justified in giving up. That is a pussy move. And comiserating with somebody in that position, without pointing that out, is NOT kindness. We all need to be hit upside the head with a 2x4 once in a while. And, the odds of somebody ever getting me against a wall are pretty slim. I'll die fighting before I give up.
