Ah, Uncle Arthur was originally meant to be Aunt Clara in this episode, which explains why they needed to technobabble up why his magic isn't working right.
Also technobabble in Bewitched is a funny concept.

I'm close to the end of season 5 of Bewitched, which is where there are far more episodes without Darrin than with. Soon Dick York shall be replaced by Dick Sargent.
