Then there is Blue Sky, which seems like it's the place to go complain about the right wing political environment in the United States, and then there's... different servers in Mastadon. I joined one focused on metal and it's honestly been pretty productive. Met people, got to listen to some great tunes, and overall it has been a net positive. Some of my activity has shifted to LinkedIn, but it also has become an extremely high level of noise. 🧵 2/3

For developer advocacy though, I've no idea. Where are the ideal places these days if you're pushing to do developer advocacy work? Reddit? YouTube? Somewhere else? I guess it depends on topics and all, but where has that productive conversation gone? 🧵 3/3
