@dalereardon@mastodon.social At this present time, the plugin is strictly running in my environment, and some values are hard-coded. I do plan a release in the very near future where it will be available for any website. I'm currently in v2.9.0 RC1. There have been quite a lot more changes since. I introduced in v2.9.0 an automated learning baseline system where it will automatically make the changes to the settings for you on a scheduled update sequence and will make recommendations otherwise for others.
