Wow I didn't realize when you order a replacement Pixel battery from iFixit that $40 price includes EVERYTHING you need to replace it

@vxo@digipres.club iFixit kits are legit. Their multi-tool packs are also awesome, and something like the FixMat or the precision cleaning kit are nice to have, but certainly not critical.
