@ShaulaEvans@zirk.us hi I’m in the center of France and I have an air/water heat pump, so it doesn’t do cooling This isn’t one of the models that they call high temperature (counter intuitively) that can operate efficiently at really low outside temps This model can work until -5°C or so, but it draws more and more energy (I’ve seen 120 kWh days)it has to rely on another heating system to supplement itself on the worst days Outside of extreme days, it’s great
