@FlipperPA@fosstodon.org ultimately, these narratives are about consequences of balancing short-, mid- & long-term decisions. The Boeing “set of short-term avarice decisions” was decades in the making & only “grabbed attention” when planes & their components started falling out the sky with paying passengers onboard. Intel & Kodak also avarice-driven. “Avarice” is not a business purpose. With AI-LLM consequences, do we wait until “humans” are literally falling out of: 1. the sky 2. their minds 3. employment
